I am using the art of Amberly Berendson  you can get get a license at MTA do not use the same tube without a license Filters: Xero fritillary EyeCandy5 - textures Supplies here put the shapes in your shape folder ♥♥♥♥♥ Open a new layer 600 x 600 floodfill white preset shapetool - find CropBats AOE-q foreground to black - background 808080 - stroke 2 or use color of choice ☺ draw out a shape on your canvas convert to raster effect Xero fritillary drop shadow close your background and select preset shape Elipse tool - circle draw out a circle a bit bigger than the shape swap so you get a black background color and type your text I wrote: QUIET! I can't hear you & all the voices in my head at the same time!QQuiet I can't hear you & all the voices in my head at the same time! X-out the elipse and convert text to raster - drop shadow add your tube your name and © I used Twilight New Moon preset shape - find Instant_U background color 808080 Width 0 and draw out a shape - convert to raster Adjust blur- gaussian blur 15 move this layer below the tube layer effect EyeCandy 5 - textures copy merge - open AS paste as new animation back in psp undo add effect again hitting random button repeat for a total of 4 frames in AS ☺ QUIET!
