I'm using the amazing art of Sandi Baker you can get a license to use her art MTA do not use the same tube without a license My supplies here the photo is © to me Filters needed: AAA fotoframe VanDerLee snowflakes Open a new layer 600 X 300 select all copyNpaste my picture as new layer - selection invert - hit delete - select non merge layer down effect AAA frame - foto frame copy and paste as new layer select all - modify - contract by 21 hit delete - select non copyNpaste you tube and place it between the two layers add any desired text proper © and your name I used Ephesis now select the bottom layer effect VanDerLee Snowflakes copy merge - open AS - paste as new animation back in psp undo add effect again - move the random slider to any number copy merge - paste after current frame repeat one more time for a total of three frames save with default settings ☺
