I am using the art of ©UnrulyWitch this is a free tube but you need a license to use her art, you can get it here at MTA do not use the same tube without a license Filters needed: Alien Skin Xenofex 2 My supplies here ♠♠♠♠♠♠♠♠ Open my supplies add a new layer and drag it to bottom - floodfill white select the back layer and add the mask - merge group copyNpaste your tube as new layer - add drop shadow add a new layer and place some bats from the picture tube tool you can get them here if you don't have them already add your name and proper copyright I used JI Stickerbush you can get it here select the group layer effect Xenofex - Electrify with these settings copy merge open AS paste as new animation back in PSP - undo the effect apply effect again - hit random button copy merge - paste after current frame in AS repeat two times more for a total of four frame save with default setting done ☺
