I am using the art of Tony Mauro please visit MTA for a license do not use the same tube without a license Filters: AAA Frame - Foto Frame Eye Candy 5 - background here the picture is © to me Open the supplies and select the background effect AAA Foto frame magicwand this setting click random places on the background you may have to click more than once on the same spot to get a bigger spot selected when you are done duplicate this for a total of four layers effect EyeCandy 5 Nature - fire on all four layers hitting random button each time   de-select when you're done now add your tube drop shadow it if you are using the same tube as me repeat the magicwand on the fire in her hands duplicate this for a total of four frames as well  and fire - same settings add © and your name I used Cheap Fire stroke 1 colors from the background now close three fire layers on both background and tube copy merge open AS paste as new animation back in psp close these two layers open two others copy merge paste after current frame repeat with the last two save with default setting ☺
