I am using the art of  Eugene Rzhevskii you need a license to use this art you can get it here do not use the same tube without a license My supplies here Filter: EyeCandy 5 Nature •••••• Open a new raster layer 600 X 600 floodfill white copyNpaste your tube of choice if you're using the same tube set background color to #c50b0c select preset shape GX03_flames_093 Antialias and Create as vector checked Width 0 now draw out 4-5 flames on different layers - convert them to raster merge all these flame layers visible copyNpaste the buttom layer from the zip and place it under the tube select your white background layer preset shape tool - Elipse - draw circle background the same red - foreground black Creat on Vector checked Width 10 draw out a big circle convert to raster effect distortion effect - Curlicues add drop shadow you should now have something like this and your tube of course ☺ add proper © and your name I used Birch Std now select the merged flame layer effect EyeCandy 5 - fire apply copy merge open AS paste as new animation back in psp - undo apply effect again hit random buttom copy merge - paste after current frame in AS repeat for a total of 4 frames in AS Ctrl + A change frame properties to 15 save as gif ☺
