I am using the art of Tony Mauro for a license visit MTA do not use this tube without a license Filters needed: Eye Candy 4000 My supplies here Open the supplies in PSP select the frame and go to image canvas size 500 X 600 add a new layer - drag it to the bottom - floodfill with white move the frame up a bit copy and paste the petals drag them under the frame layer copy and paste the wordart the tube and stabbed heart as new layers resize to fit place everything to your liking with the tube on top add your name and any copyright if needed Selection tool - freehand selection - point to point Mode replace Feather 2 Smoothing 0 and select around these areas but it depends on the tube you use Effect EyeCandy - Jiggles select non copy merge open AS and paste as new animation back in PSP undo the jiggle effect effect jiggle again - hit the random seed button  copy merge - paste after current frame in AS repeat so you end up with 4 frames in AS select all the frames and change frame properties to 17 save as gif ☺
